This is non-critical. It's just a non-standard aspect of the program.

After selecting either the 'Archive pad' or 'Delete pad' icons, an "Are you sure?" dialog box pops up.
The standard Windows "X" to close thingy is inoperable (though it shows in the upper right corner).
You must hit the "No" button to cancel the box.
